What is the Return Policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or minor handmade variations. Replacements are only provided if the wrong item is sent or a product arrives damaged/defective. Claims must be made within 48 hours with a 360° unboxing video. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To request a return, simply contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll assist you with the process. Store credit is issued if replacements aren’t available.
Why is there a colour difference?
Our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural part of the process. Ceramics are fired and glazed by hand, and fabrics are dyed using traditional techniques, which may lead to unique differences. These variations are not flaws but a reflection of the authenticity and individuality of handmade artistry, making every piece one of a kind.
When will I get my order?
All orders are handcrafted, quality-checked, and securely packed. Ceramics ship in 1–3 days, fabric items in 1–2 days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 days across India, with express options available. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. Please note that handcrafted products may sometimes require extra time due to careful packing and handling.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are proudly handcrafted across India by skilled artisans. Ceramic tableware is crafted in Uttar Pradesh, known for its pottery heritage. Fabric and textile products come from Rajasthan, where hand-dyeing and weaving traditions thrive. We also work with artisans in Kashmir for intricate embroidery. Every piece reflects regional craftsmanship and centuries-old artistry.
